We have been retained by our client, one the leading Supply Chain and Logistics Infrastructure Solutions MNC Company as they are looking for Head –Service Delivery (candidates from the Customer Service background would be preferred –for Delhi (Khurja) Location.
Experience: 18-23 yrs CTC Offered: (20-30 ) L PA
Candidate should be Responsible for :
- Ensuring co-ordination with Sales Team for transition of clients to ASCM post alignment on SLAs’
- Ensuring smooth transition of clients to the Operational team
- Single point of contact to handle all the shipments of the client, end-to-end, ensuring high standards of service delivery
- Ability to analyze supply chain needs of clients and improvise operational strategies and provide recommendations
- Communicate results to key stakeholders in order to support informed business decisions by providing in-depth analysis and recommendations
- Liaisoning with all internal teams (Supply Chain, Marketing, Logistics, Warehousing, FTWZ Operations, Finance) to meet client requirements/ queries and ensuring that the problems are resolved swiftly
- Co-ordinating with various external vendors for custom clearance and transportation
- Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships and manage client expectations effectively
- Continually develop new initiatives of optimising the revenue by providing new ideas to the clients .
Key Accountabilities:
- The candidate would be responsible for Servicing all client queries/ requests/ issues and acting as a single point of contact
- Liaising with internal stake-holders e.g. Custom Clearance Team, for executing of the shipments as per the SLs’.
- Timely & proactive communication to the Client and the Sales team
