Head/Senior Manager - HR Operations - eCommerce (12-15 yrs)

Our Client is a well established eCommerce Company, They are looking for a Head/Senior Manager - HR operations with the following roles and responsibilities :

Reporting to the SVP- HR, Senior Manager - HR is responsible for leading the design and administration of all compensation, benefits, and HRIS programs as well as Policy development and maintenance and overall Record keeping and Compliance for HR function. Working closely with the leadership Team and HR Business Partners, this role will ensure all programs and actions align with our organizational business objectives. The ideal candidate for the role of Sr. Manager of HR Operations, will have a strong background in HRIS integrations and People Analytics. This is a hands-on, thinking role, so you should also have the tactical skill to analyze HRIS data, run reports, and implement processes.

Responsibilities :

1. Seamless delivery of all processes involved during lifecycle of employee, which will include onboarding, payroll, reimbursements, benefits administration, increments, promotions, transfers and exit. Work in collaboration with all parts of the HR team to integrate and deliver outstanding HR services to the organization.

2. Serve as lead for all HR-related policies and procedures to ensure consistency, identifying process inefficiencies and compliance with labour law requirements.

3. Lead the performance management system & end to end process.

4. Monitor and analyze competition trend information to ensure company compensation strategy is competitive and responsive to business needs. Design, develop, implement & manage all compensation related initiatives

5. Lead the strategy, implementation and operations of HR systems to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR service delivery and to facilitate the scaling of the HR function with the growth of the company.

6. To lead on leveraging HRIS systems including deployment of new HRIS system

7. Deploy short and long term programs aimed at engagement, development and retention of employees.
