Salary Range [Rs 14 Lacs to Rs 20 lacs]

- 5 years Managerial Experience

- Handling Accounts at Corporate level.

Education : CA/MBA (preferably with additional ICWA qualifications)

Key skills : Corporate Accounting, IFRS, IGAAP, Corporate Finance, Financial Management, Indirect Taxation

Profile :

- Determining financial objectives. Designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial control.

- Developing reports for top management summarizing the business financial position in areas of income, expenses, capital usage and cash flows, and coordinate the preparation of strategic plans, budgets and financial forecast.

- Coordinate the preparation of Financial Statements, Financial Reports for internal usage.

- Coordinating the preparation, maintenance and filing of projected P&L Account, Bills Discounting and Balance Sheet as required by bank authorities and other financial institutions.

- Ensuring proper sales accounting by reconciling customer receipts with Tally, ERP data.

- Vendor Management: Managing and finalizing vendors/suppliers payment including processing of Purchase Bills of, Asset & Passing Bills.

- Getting control accounts reconciled and sorting out the discrepancies.

- Ensuring effective tax management and compliance with direct and indirect taxes, including corporate tax, personnel tax, VAT/WCT, Service Tax and other applicable taxes.

- Resolution and managing tax issues in all work orders and purchase orders.

- Monitoring and compliance of various term loans and Asset based finances.

- Coordinating with statutory auditors, tax advisors, and company secretaries with regard to various compliances and pending tax cases of all group companies.
