- Lead data pricing for the entire country
- Ensure competitiveness on pricing while driving growth
- Drive penetration of data users on base as well on new acquisition through product and GTM interventions
- Ensure profitability of data business through controlling rpMB
- Roll out data pricing policy for the country
- FRC construct intervention to make Aircel the preferred choice for new users
Device Penetration :
- Provide aggressive products for RHBO and FHBO programs to the devices teams
- Ensure GTM for HBO programs in the market
- Monitor and create programs for driving device penetration on base - Move up device penetration on acquisition as well as existing base
- Maintain balance between rpMB and aggression on HBO products
- Get sales alignment for driving HBO programs in the market
