Head - Security & Physical Risk - Bank

Position : Head Security & Physical Risk director with a domestic Bank based at Mumbai.

Job Profile

1. Ability to carry out the risk assessment and make the mitigation and BCP plan for the bank.

2. Be able to work closely with consultants and develop the security and safety architecture for the bank.

3. Have sound knowledge of security & safety related technology and equipment

4. Possess knowledge & experience in setting up NOC and managing the same.

5. Be capable of setting up the security and safety team for the bank.

6. Be experienced and capable of building a working relationship with the local police

7. Have the ability to conduct internal audits.

8. Ability to develop process', practices & systems

9. Be the security and safety advisor to the Banks Man Com.

10. Be the crisis manager of the bank

Candidate Profile

- Graduate, Security mgt/CPP/CFE

- Ex military officer with 15-20 yrs "military and corporate exp'

- Superior written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to write clearly, concisely, and effectively

- Strong verbal communication & stake holder management skills

- Possess leadership abilities & the ability to manage a large geographically dispersed team
