Job Profile:
- To provide secretarial & compliance services across organisation and its subsidiaries.
- To provide investor services to about 1 million shareholders / bondholders .
- Board meetings planning
- Board Agenda finalisation
- Organising Board / Committee meetings
- Finalising Annual Reports
- Participating in prospectus finalization for fund raising.
- Dealings with SEBI / RBI / ROC/ Stock Exchanges.
