Sales Head - Thermal Applications  About the Company :  Our client seeks a senior leader in front-end business development, marketing & sales for their new Energy Efficiency Solutions (EES) business group. EES has developed a suite of solar thermal solutions for community cooking, laundry and other process heat applications.   Job Description :  - Provide leadership in business development and marketing activities of the organization's solar thermal solutions. Ensure business sustainability and meet profitability targets  BD : Study applications in different sectors, develop total solutions with cost-benefit analysis  Marketing : Develop and execute a coherent marketing, promotion, community connect and distribution plan  Team Management :  - Set direction, align and motivate team members; monitor performance against objectives, review performance and plan compensation  - Develop the team (development/training plans, organizational talent review, coaching or mentoring, as appropriate).  Data Management : Collect and maintain proper documentation  Support : Work closely with other function teams to create robust operations  - Be responsible for BD, Marketing and Sales budget  Desired Candidate Background :  - Experience in concept marketing in existing and new markets  - Ability to develop business from scratch, based on RoI analysis  - 12-15 years of business development, marketing and sales experience in professionally-managed manufacturing organization  - Experience in working closely with Government policy making bodies in education, building, hospitality and other sectors  - Experience in channel partner development (preferable)  - Exposure to community development, rural markets preferred  Preferred :  - Exposure to (renewable) energy and thermal field preferred  Candidates with Sales/BD experience in Solar Concentrates / Thermal applications, NEED TO APPLY ONLY.  Srirupa Chakraborty Founder & Managing Partner TALENT FORUM. +91 981890 4414
