Head - Sales - Speciality Steels & Super Alloys (8-20 yrs)
- Develop & Implement Strategies for the Speciality Steels & Super Alloys Business in the short term, medium and long term, ensuring profitability and business sustenance. inputs for LT/ST business strategies.
- Refine & Increase Organizational Knowledge of the Speciality Steels & Super Alloys - application segments, track customers (potential, existing & past), changes in regulation, technology and demand preferences
- Scenario building & ensuring profitability through product/customer & pricing strategies; Framing & Managing marketing contracts, pricing & marketing strategies
- Person should possess strong marketing concepts and should be able to strategies the business in various business locations across the Country.
- Candidates can be from Capital goods, Industrial goods, Steel Industry or Consumer Industry with very good personality traits and excellent Leadership, communication, Presentation and marketing skills.
- Develop & implement strategy for sales and marketing process in specific segment of M Company.
- Give direction to business based on contributions of Sales and Marketing function and adherence to business plan.
- Provide inputs and facilitation to new product development.
- Support the efforts at creating & positioning of product in market & implementation of strategies to enhance the market share.
- Monitoring and providing course correction solution for achieving brand health objectives.
- Monitoring Team performance and ensuring team members goals achievement. Couch and mentor for building collaborative culture.
- Monitor dealership satisfaction index and business health.
- Participate in respective forums of bodies like IEEMA, ITMA Associations, etc for influencing the Industry view and build the Company image.
- Continuously liaison and network development with Hitachi Metals group based Japan based on business plan.
- Continuously work to support Hitachi Metals brand building activity in the given segment by various means like National publications, Media campaign, advertisements and trade show participation.
- Continuously ensuring robust after sales service & customer care.
- Tactical support to short / medium & long term brand & relationship building initiatives
- Managing Regulatory Environment/ interaction with Industry Associations; Market Intelligence & Market Research - Competition tracking
