About our Client - Our client is a renowned Indian conglomerate with a global presence. With a wide range of businesses, our client is now seeking a talented, experience and knowledgeable Head of Sales to lead their real estate business.
Job Description - Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall sales strategy and work with the sales team in designing a ""best-in-class"" sales process
- Design and execute sales promotion events to generate leads and attract more customers
- Train sales force on sales promotion campaigns and closing deals
- Organize and execute road shows
- Set and revise policies on negotiation terms (pricing, payment terms etc)
- Manage agents and negotiate commissions
- Achieve budgeted revenue targets for the company
- Lead the Sales Support team that provides support to sales by managing all customer needs from booking till possession which includes registrations & receivable collections.
- Oversee the CRM initiatives of the company and ensure alignment with sales & marketing
- Define processes and ensure execution through the CRM team
The Successful Candidate:
- MBA or equivalent with a specialization in Sales/Marketing
- 15+ years total experience in Sales out of which preferably last 10 years in Real Estate industry
- Should have demonstrated experience in achieving large volume sales in Residential projects across multiple geographies
