Job Description/Responsibilities :

- Revenue generation through new account development and key account management attribution

- Develop Sales, Marketing & Positioning collaterals, sector & client wise.

- Make, Pre-sales, Sales & post-sales client servicing from, process to closure.

- Ensure sales quality, experience & design pitch of the product/service

- Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth, activities, profit margin, mix of products and services sales, customer retention and customer acquisition

- Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity

- Perform & execute the required daily and weekly reporting tasks

- Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify and obtain further sales and referential business development opportunities

- Extend the highest level of premier experience to customers, at all times.

- Monitor market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers etc.

- Monitoring & evaluating the performance of sales team - by guiding them to move in proper direction

- Convert Prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate Primary Residential or commercial properties to the prospects, which match the investment need of the Prospects.

- Use leads generated by Marketing Team for the above as well as generate self-leads to convert them into customers, through local activities (procuring relevant databases, doing on-ground activities in corporates, clubs etc).

- Consistent follow-through and resourcefulness, in order to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

- Will be expected to lead by example and maintain the highest standards of administration in accordance with the agreed sales process, ensuring that the CRM systems are accurately updated and that the required documentation is completed by you and your team for all new business opportunities

- Will be responsible for maintaining an excellent level of technical knowledge regarding all areas of real estate market
