Our client is the Indian Financial Services arm of a leading South African Banking Group. It is a pre-eminent financial services group in Africa and is the first in the Continent to be granted a full scale commercial banking license in India.
Note : Mumbai based candidates will be preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a team of high performance driven Corporate sales team for Premium Banking
- Liability generation
- Develop alliances and partnerships for sales and business development
- Assist in setting up a full fledged wealth management practice
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED
- 10- 17 Years Experience
- Premier MBA and Engineering highly preferred
- Banking / Wealth Management experience required
- Ability to network and generate leads
- Customer engagement at CFO- CXO - CHR levels and strong relationship building skills with HNIs
- Aggressive, go getter with a flair for Sales
- Must be assertive, target oriented, self starter
- Ability to work in white space and find pattern in chaos
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment. Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to make decisions.
