Head - Sales/Operations - Adhesive/Chemical (20-25 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for all techno- commercial functions including sourcing of RM & Plant & Machineries, imports, exports and formulating of business strategy, plans for new product developments (diversification areas), business development of new markets.

- Formulate business plans

- Monitoring of RM & finished goods pricing.

- Interactions with overseas & local vendors for key technical requirements.

- Inventory control - supervision on macro levels & planning guidelines.

- Identification of new businesses & products.

- Guiding R&D on technical development activities in the field of polyurethane adhesives polyols & various other resins coatings etc. & commercial staff to achieve Co.’s objectives & maximizing profits using available resources.

- Ensure compliances to all statutory & legal requirements relating to operations through various agencies/ Depts.

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

- Chemical Engineer/ P.G. in Chemistry/ Polymer technology with experience of commercial functions.

- 20-25 years+ experience spread over in activities mentioned above with technical skills as core capability to achieve both technical and commercial goals / targets for the business.

- Chemical Industry experience in specialty chemicals/ Resins & Ink etc.
