Position : Sales Head - Largest Online Wellness E-commerce Co

- Our client is the largest and the most comprehensive wellness booking app company in India. Founded by alumni from IIT Kharagpur and Bombay, the app is the fastest way of finding and booking appointments with the best of salons, spas, doctors and diagnostic centers in four cities - Delhi/NCR, Mumbai,Bangalore and Hyderabad.

- Last year alone, the startup has had over 600,000 transactions, and with a new round of investment, they are poised for further growth. The firm assists its users to book from 6000 salons and spas effortlessly through their smartphones. It has attained a category leadership position in a very short period of less than a decade.

As a Sales Head, your key responsibilities include :

- Research and Identify the Market Potential for the allocated cities allocated cities.

- Define sales strategies of the markets to be acquired

- Identify the current market size and its potential growth

- Scale and build sustainable revenue model.

- Innovate new business avenues for scaling clients and revenue.

- Profit and Loss ownership - Budgets, Review and analysis

- Assist in expansion including hiring, training of new employees on entire product range, client management, cross selling etc.

- Setting targets and monitoring the execution and performance of the sales team.

Candidate Profile :

- 5- 7 years of relevant experience, minimum 3 yrs of experience in team building and managing

- Should have a strong educational background

- Prior Start up experience preferred

- Should be aggressive and growth oriented person who can lead the sales team

- Experience in B2B selling

- Ability to absorb steep sales targets.

- Good at acquisition of high-value clients

- Managed long sales cycles and nurtured client relationship personally

- Should be a excellent role model and mentor for the team

- Should have managed large volumes of sales

- Should have experience in building a large teams in either current or in previous role.
