Silver People is working exclusively with India's leading online real estate portal for the position of 'Sales Head'.

The position would be heading the sales for their new revenue stream (luxury residential segment) and help cement their leadership position. The span of the role covers PAN India and reports to the CEO. We are looking for candidates with MBA from premier colleges and should have experience in handling super HNI clients.

Job Description :

Roles & Responsibilities :

- You will need to drive the sales numbers in order to achieve requisite targets and ensure market leadership

- You would be responsible for working on the wish list projects for the new revenue stream

- Creating / maintaining excellent relationships with clients and tailor made solutions to suit client's needs.

- Responsible for handling super HNI clients and if required directly coordinating the deals.

- Managing a team efficiently and ensure KRAs of all team members are achieved.

Key Requirements :

- 10+ Years of experience in sales

- Proactively handling super HNI clients

- Premier institute mandatory

- Team handling experience
