Head - Sales - MBO/EBO/eCommerce - FMCG (10-18 yrs)
This role would look after entire PAN India EBO, MBO, Ecomm network. This is a new role within the organization.
Will be responsible for handling a 300 Cr turnover and would manage a team of Zonal Sales Managers & Branch Managers. This role will report into MD. This is a new role and this person would be responsible for taking the business to 1000 Cr in next 5 years.
Looking for Candidates from 97 / 98 / 99 / 00 batch pass out from Tier 1 B schools. This person should have handled at least 2 regions across India in consumer durable / paints industry / tyres etc. Looking for stable candidate, with maximum 2 job changes in the career of 10 - 12 years.
