Education :MBA preferably with specialization in Marketing/ Equivalent

Objective : Plan, co-ordinate and implement overall marketing strategy and budget for existing and new outlets of company, to increase market share and sales volumes, realize targeted margins, thus help grow the retail operations business.

Key Accountability:

- Execute the marketing strategy to ensure maximum return over spend.

- Design and implementation of in-store promotion programs.

- Develop and execute advertising and media programs

- Develop and execute loyalty programs

- Grow the digital medium / Social Media

- Calculation of ROI from various marketing investments
