Job Responsibility:

- Spearheading the sales and marketing division

- Leading a team of 12 members

- Formulating Sales strategies for generating the revenue.

- Coordination and implementation of Sales and CRM process.

- Networking with IPC- s, channel partners in order to generate revenue for the organization.

- To ensure prompt responsiveness on sales enquires so as to maximize sales conversions by the team members

- To coordinate with other functions viz. Sales Admin, Engineering, Legal on customer queries

- To identify and develop relations with existing & new key customers (E.g. Corporate, HNI Clients)

- To develop relationships with Partners (brokers/ property consultants) to ensure market penetration in the region

- To be involved in negotiating and closing deals with customers

- To oversee after sales support to the customers at the project

- To ensure accurate and timely maintenance of data related to the project sale and existing / potential customers

- To monitor outstanding collections data and intervene, if required

- To ensure effective implementation of Marketing initiatives to drive sales for the project

- To coordinate with various external agencies on the marketing front

- To track competitor movements in the location and strategies for their properties and communicate the market intelligence

Candidate Specification:

- MBA (Marketing) with strong sales background, minimum 15 years sales and marketing experience with proven track record in developing sales & marketing strategies and building sales and marketing solutions for organization in the real estate sector.

- Must be successful in managing effective deployment of resources, systems and personnel to enable achievement of organizational objectives.

- Broad functional experience in areas of strategic planning and marketing, business and market development, market research and planning and promotions.

- Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
