- Plan, organize and manage all sales activities

- Establish, develop and implement the company's sales strategies and methods

- Formulate and implement the sales policies and objectives within the company

- Coordinate and collaborate with all staff from the Sales department

- Analyze and develop strategies to identify new marketing opportunities

- Coordinate public affairs and communications aspects

- Handle all field and indoor sales activities

- Create and manage annual budgets

- Analyze the market and meet customer's needs

- Handle promotional materials

- Maintain long term relationships with business partners, clients and company staff

- Analyze, interpret and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results

- Develop new projects

- Promote positive relationships with vendors and distributors

- Receive and solve complaints about the products

- Recruit, train and collaborate with pharmaceutical sales representatives

- Motivate and reward the sales team

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Interpersonal and intercultural competences

- Professional appearance and presentation skills

- Computer literate

- Rational and analytic thinking

- Excellent negotiation skills

- Leadership abilities

- Ability to motivate the sales team

- Should have worked on Pharma sales (Oncology and critical care)

Age: 40-45 Years

Qualification: Graduation / Post graduation/MBA Marketing
