Head - Sales & Marketing - Hot Rolled Products (13-20 yrs)

Job Description:

Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.

Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.

Develops and recommends product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.

Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management.

Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.

Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.

To collect Market Intelligence about competitor's companies products, prices, Scrap, Competitors & to update management on weekly basis

Sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.

Guidance for market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.

Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.

Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.

Reviews and analyzes sales performances against Budget, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.

Efficiently manage and coordinate operation and sales planning between factories and head office.

Responsible for credit management, collection and fund planning.

To follow outstanding balances for customers who are on credit limit and review credit limit as per credibility of the party on time to time basis,

Reporting of Debtors Aging analysis from accounting system

To get daily stock position & make sure that material produced is marketed and sold

Integrated inventory planning with production and sales planning to best utilize existing inventory and to accurately forecast future inventory requirements.

Analyze profit margin by product, geography, channel and other dimension.

Responsible for performance appraisal of marketing and sales staff for providing them training and development opportunities.

Ability to work as a team player.

Train the local & expatriate staffs in due course of your employment.

Any other duties as directed by your superiors

Key Skills:

Education Qualification: BE/ B.tech Engineering with management degree will be advantageous

Age: Max 40 years

Experience in sales & marketing of Angle Irons, Flat Irons, Round Bars and U-Channels

Should have experience in Sales & marketing strategies for similar products
