Our client is one of the leading golf manufacturers in India and globally. They have shown an extraordinary growth in the Indian market and have increased their presence in the last few years. They are looking for a Sales and Marketing Head to take their business ahead in India with an intention to increase the market share and have a deeper penetration.
Description
Reporting to the Country Head, You will be responsible for:-
- Looking for business development opportunities in India
- Development and management of the local retail network
- Working closely with the stakeholders to drive the strategy and approach for penetrating in newer territories
- Conceptualizing and energizing Integrated Marketing propositions
- Identifying opportunities for maximizing value creation & market positioning leading to sales growth
Profile
- You will have a minimum of 6-8 years of experience within the Retail, Apparel or Lifestyle industry
- A person who has worked with global stakeholders and has exposure to international markets will be preferred.
- You should have strong analytical skills and excellent team management skills.
- You must have excellent interpersonal skills and must be driven by values.
