Client Profile: Our client is a very large, profitable, highly respected Consumer Durables organisation having multi-locational manufacturing set-ups and national presence all over India. The organisation is highly profitable with excellent brands and are Leaders in their field. Our clients are on a rapid transformation phase and hope to grow very rapidly in the next few years. Our clients seek to recruit a dynamic & experienced Head-Sales & Marketing to be based in Delhi. The position reports to the Business Director. Our clients offer excellent salary/perks as per industry norms & commensurate with experience.

Job Profile: The incumbent will be an integral member of the Corporate Leadership Team. The position involves heading the entire National Sales & Marketing operations for the product (covering Channel-Management & Modern-Trade). The incumbent will effectively manage the Sales & Business operations to consistently deliver the highest standards of customer experience, brand visibility & brand recall leading to achievement of targeted topline & bottomline.

The role facilitates business specific product strategies in delivering the sales &marketing strategies. This role owns end-to-end deployment and executing initiatives that facilitate in making the brand aspirational.

The position will have Regional Sales Heads and Category Marketing Head reporting into it. Will lead a large field force.

Candidate Profile: MBAs aged 38-45 with 14-22 years relevant Sales Management experience preferably in Consumer Durables & Appliances. Must be currently at the National Level. Must have had experience in Marketing, Brand Building, Pricing, Trade Marketing, Consumer Insights, Digital Media Marketing etc.
