Over all responsible for achieving the sales targets of the business verticals; Design and Build and Building Material.
Help in creating right business model
He should have expertize of creating business plan
Recruit a motivated operational team to achieve business targets
Should have superior knowledge of concrete, construction and civil engineering in terms of sales and marketing, strategy
Hands on putting right business processes so as to achieve optimum operational excellence.
He should be well connected with the target customer groups and should know how to reach out to the target customers and how to convince them.
Bring innovation in bringing contracts to the company
He should be innovative , sound commercial sense and good negotiation skills
Should have expertise in participating in tenders from private parties
Should have good negotiating skills
Should be able to create right brand and buzz in the market
Should be able to quickly stabilize the business and earn contracts
Should be able to put process so as to achieve high customer satisfaction.
