About our Client - Our client is one of the largest consumer durable companies in the world. They are growing their business at a very rapid pace and have been instrumental in increasing the footprint in India as well. They are recognized for their employee friendly culture and for their ability to run profitable businesses. They are currently looking for a Sales and Marketing Head for India who can come in and handle the entire business in India.

Job Description - Reporting to the APAC Head, You will be responsible for:

- Looking for business development opportunities in India

- Development and management of the local retail network

- Working closely with the stakeholders to drive the strategy and approach for penetrating in newer territories

- Conceptualizing and energizing Integrated Marketing propositions

- Identifying opportunities for maximizing value creation & market positioning leading to sales growth

The Successful Candidate:

- You will be an MBA from a Tier 1 business school with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience within the Retail, FMCG or FMCD industry.

- A person who has worked with global stakeholders and has exposure to international markets will be preferred.

- You should have strong analytical skills and excellent team management skills. You must have excellent interpersonal skills and must be driven by values.
