Urgent opening with one of the Renowned Cement Company which is into Building Product Division for Mumbai location.

Head-Sales & Marketing(Building Product Division)(National Role)

1. Prepare & plan implantation strategy to achieve the prepared Budget numbers.

2. To develop marketing strategy to ensure market penetration and market share.

3. To design the Sales plan to increase the market share and implement the action plans

4. To design and prepare the annual planning and budgeting exercise on the back drop of Market Analysis.

5. To ensure high level of customer satisfaction by way of strategizing action plan to resolve the customer grievance.

6. Advising and guiding the customers for optimum utilization of the products and to ensure customer delight.

7. Collaborate with the builders architects and other construction related organizations to ensure concept selling
of the products.

8. Strategize develop and review various Sales plan, policies and practices.

9. To develop sales strategy for sales growth in terms of revenue profitability and market share.

10. Interprets short- and long-term effects on Sales strategies in operating profit.

11. Develop Sales team in the line of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, competitive strategies and proper use of sales support,

Require candidates from any Cement Industry, Chemical Paint Industry, Building Products, Construction companies.
