Job Title: Head – Sales & Marketing

Function: Division Head

Report to: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Location: Mahape – Mumbai

Summary:

- P&L Leader & Self driven Individual

- Achieving established goals for productivity, Service levels, Revenue realization, Ensures all compliance and requirements for company and client are adhered to on an on-going basis.

- Exposures to B2B product selling in UK, Europe and US Markets

Roles and Responsibilities:

- P&L Management - Run a profitable P&L within the stipulated cost matrices

- Revenue generation against set targets - Meeting and Maintaining Sales and Operation Metrics

- Helping the team to identify deficiencies (tools, metrics and reports) and recommending solutions.

- Managing the Key clients and their Deliveries

- Ensuring Quality and On time delivery of services

Qualification, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Qualification:

- Graduate + MBA

Essential Qualities:

- Excellent communication skills with International Sales Experience

- Between 10 to 15+ years of exposure in International Product selling to Business Houses

- Consistent track record of revenue generation, target realization with a successive progression of target and achievement numbers

Desirable Skill sets:

- Additional Knowledge of Space or Concept Selling would be preferable
