Should have done selling for US Geography

Detail JD is as follows:

- Understanding of sales goals at the organisation and developing a robust sales strategy.

- Gauge the supply-demand dynamics in the market and create go to market strategy.

- Nurture and grow the sales strategy and ownership of team targets.

- Provide overall direction for the growth of the company.

- Brand ambassador who shows ownership and strives for profitability.

- Constantly increase market share and achieve revenue targets.

- Identify key decision-makers and build strong relationships with customers.

- Penetrate accounts, perform presentations to prospects and close business.

- Have the ability to open doors and close deals.

- Good knowledge and understanding of the local market.

- Ability to analyze the right potential industry or vertical.

- Leverage local contacts and capabilities and grow the business.

- Operate in the global market and define a growth charter for the company.

- Manage and influence senior level client contacts and maintain positive working relationships.

- Hire, mentor and lead a highly dynamic and result-oriented geographically distributed team.

Sales Expertise

- Relevant work experience in field sales with a proven track record of BD & Sales.

- Negotiation with customers and prospects across projects and domains.

- A strong aptitude for sales with a 'always be closing' bent of mind.

- Ability to build long term client relationships.

- Motivation, initiative and drive to close business.

- Effective decision making ability.

- Sound knowledge of problem solving techniques.

- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.

- Must have demonstrated building a revenue streams within the custom app space.

- Proven credentials and ability to work in a fast paced and fast growing organization.

- Adherence to organization values of integrity, commitment, passion, speed and seamlessness.
