Job Description

- Works with “CXO” level/ Legal & Compliance Line of Business (LOB) heads in Indian Market

- Drives the entire sales process including opportunity qualification, project management of responses to RFP/RFI, commercial negotiations and deal closure

- Leads and manages a team of sales professionals and pre-sales specialists

- Responsible for identifying, developing and managing sales alliances, partner network and other indirect sales distribution channels

- Responsible for overall customer satisfaction for the sold projects

- Ability to scan client's business and creates a winning value proposition to addressclient needs

- Spends majority of time (70%) on business development and balance on existing account relationship management

- Responsible for forecasting, planning and executing on the sales and marketing budget

Must have qualifications/ skills/ experience

- Any Bachelor’s degree (Technical/ Engineering focus preferred); Advanced degree preferred

- Minimum 10 years sales experience with a proven track record in IT product/ Productized Services and/or BPO services
Strong knowledge of IT product and/or LPO services, preferably in the Compliance Management domain

- Strong leadership, teamwork and people management skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to travel at least 60% of the time

- Well versed with cloud computing concepts

Nice to have skills/ experience

- Prior experience in sales function of a start-up organisation

- Prior work experience in the Small and Medium Business space

- Understanding of emerging technology trends affecting customer requirements in the legal and regulatory compliance domain

- Possess proven track record of working across industries

- 3-5 years sales experience in the Legal and Compliance domain
