Manage Sales Teams, Overall responsibility for Sales Planning & Budgeting - Deliver RMCG (Revenue, Margin, Customer, Growth) Targets including Booking Plan, Revenue Plan, Collection Targets, Manpower Plan, Sales Strategies, Cost Planning)  Generate Leads from New Customers, Existing Customers & align with Marketing for events, campaigns  Incorporate favorable terms (Technology specs, Commercial, qualifications etc) in the RFP   - Qualify the Leads (Both in RFP and Non-RFP scenarios) - To Bid or Not To Bid (Scoping, budget, time, competition)  - For RFP Bid Bond to be organized   - POC/Demo to Convince the Customer Presentations to Customer for Convincing Customer (Concept / Technical / Solutioning / Proposal Walk through)  - Winning Estimation & Pricing  - Prepare Performance Bond/ BG for Payments  - Winning Bid Preparation  - Identifying Win Factor  - Price Negotiation and participate in reverse auctions  - Ensure timely submission of Collaterals, clarifications and proposals, bid bonds to the Customer  - Attend Pre-bid meetings, organize technical team/pre-sales/solution sales for any technical queries,   - Account Mapping & Relationship Building   - Ensuring PO/Contracts are vetted for Commercial and Legal/Tax internally by CFO and by RH  - Any major escalations/Issues during the Life cycle of the Project  - Enhancing company image with prospects  - Enhancing company image with Clients  - Quality of Data in CRM  - Achieve Collections Targets  - Managing Business Partners  - Manage OEM relationship (if solution sales is a separate role then this is applicable only to that role)  - Ensuring success of events & lead generation programs  - Maintain client database in to CRM
