Responsible for PAN India Sales & Marketing employees
Sales & Marketing HR:
- Partner with Zonal Managers and their team to achieve organizational Goals in line with Business Strategy.
- Responsible for S&M Manpower Planning, Sourcing, Selection, Hiring and Inducting talent.
- Identify Hipots, facilitating career dialogues.
- Provide assistance to contain attrition through regular updates to managers on potential issues in their respective teams
Performance Management system:
- Aligning organizational goals to team/individual goals.
- Communicating performance expectations to employees.
- Ensuring Fair and transparent appraisal system and rating process.
- Drive employee engagement by way of educating managers about ensuring forums for two way communication, robust action planning on concern areas, suggesting and supporting the managers and team with multiple interventions.
- Identification of training needs (Functional & Behavioral) based on Appraisal, upcoming projects, Organizational changes.
- Preparation of training calendar and ensuring the training man-days are achieved as per target.
