Head - Sales - HORECA - Food (10-16 yrs)
Responsibilities :
Building & Managing the team, zone wise to manage key accounts.
Develop and monitor sales objectives on monthly/ quarterly and annual basis for the team. Exploring business potential, opportunities & clientele to secure profitable business volumes and designing & implementing marketing plans for augmenting the business volume by enhancing brand visibility, engagement & recall.
Maintain relationships and establish strong rapport with all the key accounts for ensuring overall pipeline & revenue growth.
Develop sales and marketing plans for HORECA & MT and drive team for achievement and growth.
Set Processes & Systems in place.
Ensure proper usage of brand and promotional elements and measure effectiveness of consumer activations with the help of Marketing team for execution of the activations / launch.
Maintain the organisation's standards and guidelines with respect to Quality, distribution, visibility, promotion, price, and persuasion at the account
Experience :
MBA, with 10-12 years of relevant experience managing HORECA clients from Luxury/ Alco-Bev/ FMCG industry
Strong visionary, leadership, who is creative, ingenious, problem-solving, and communication skills
A roll up your sleeves attitude to get the work done - A strategist who also know how to execute the across channels and customers, prove they can make a difference from day one
Highly collaborative this leader/peer who has a record of partnering with teams across the organization and will have a proven track record of producing high levels of growth
Is self-motivated and has the ability to work in fast paced office environment and on the road at events
