- Overall lead of sales for home care business, including sales set-up, people management, revenue plans and P&L management
- Effective participation in overall business set-up as a key business unit leader
- Conceptualize the business plan and develop and implement an effective strategic sales plan.
- Introduce market specific business models for streamlining and ensuring 100% quality service delivery within the timeline
- Create sound brand image and build a strong direct customer base
- Provide insights & oversights to through market intelligence, monitoring & analyzing market trends, developing metrics and periodically monitoring the performance
- Design and implement the overall Sales architecture and team for sales
- Provides positive and aggressive leadership to ensure maximum revenue potential (e.g., sets example with personal revenue goals);
- Recommends Revenue goals for the team members amp; closely monitor on a day to day basis
- Drive and expand the sales network and generating leads through interaction with the Medical, Corporate and other potential community
- Foreseeing & identifying the potential market/customer base for future expansion, through analyzing the market survey/market intelligence, primary data collection from the team members.
- Establishing affiliation agreements with others health care institutions/providers/ consultants/ practitioners.
