Sales function:  Design and implement the overall Sales architecture and team for sales  Provides positive and aggressive leadership to ensure maximum revenue potential (e.g., sets example with personal revenue goals);  Recommends Revenue goals for the team members amp; closely monitor on a day to day basis  Drive and expand the sales network and generating leads through interaction with the Medical, Corporate and other potential community  Foreseeing & identifying the potential market/customer base for future expansion, through analyzing the market survey/market intelligence, primary data collection from the team members.  Establishing affiliation agreements with others health care institutions/providers/ consultants/ practioners.  Planning & implementing promotional activities; envisaging and executing business development plans through launch of new promotional & sensitizing campaigns  Participates in sales calls with members of sales team to acquire new business and/or close on business  Executes and supports the operational aspects of business (e.g., generating proposal, writing MOU, customer correspondence, Objection handling & Closures)  Analyzing; Reporting on Business and Financial Data  Analyzes market information by using sales systems and implements strategy to achieve the desired objectives.  Gather Market intelligence on competition; accordingly plan counter activities   Assists Revenue Management with completing accurate six period projections  Reviews Performance of each account; satisfaction results to identify areas of improvement.  Sales operations & quality assurance:  Ensuring exceptional patient care; account management  Displays leadership in team management, exemplifies patient service and creates a positive example for the unit  Interacts with patients to obtain feedback on service quality and service levels.  Empowers his team with appropriate decision making to facilitate optimize service standards  Observes service behaviors of employees and provides feedback to individuals and/or managers.  Incorporates guest satisfaction as a component of department meetings with a focus on continuous improvement.  Ensures that a customer recognition program is in effect throughout sales.  Executes and supports the Hospital Service Standards and Brand Standards building successful relationships  Develops and manages relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.  Works collaboratively with off- segments like HR, Medical Services, Operations, Finance etc for all the department business needs  Add, Nurture and maintain excellent professional relationship with all corporate, decision makers and key persons.
