A startup in eCommerce delivers customized white labeled apps for communities that will enable them and their members to interact and network as well as conduct commerce. All the B2B communes will be cloud hosted on the eCommune.com platform.  We are looking out for a Sales Head holding the following pre-requisites :   - Establishes and manages effective sales process & programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel either as a direct recruit and/or freelance relationships.   - Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with CBO.   - Manages personnel and develops sales and direct/indirect sales support staff.   - Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the country.   - Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.   - Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth across all business verticals.   - Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff's productivity.   - Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.   - Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.   - Effective communication skills and interpersonal skills .
