Role :  - Create and develop programs for national sales and ensure its implementation.   - This can be done by developing action plans for field sales  - Build up a successful sales organisation for his vertical  - Ensure the successful achievement of the company's sales goals across all regions  - Ensure sales volume is at its maximum, maintaining product mix, and selling price  - Oversee company's sales performance at regional levels  - Develop effective sales strategy and ensure its timely implementation  - Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets  - Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts  - Negotiate and close agreements with large accounts  - Establish professional and personal networks across all regions  - Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements  - Participate in market strategy building by providing useful information from sales activities  - Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts  - Conduct research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities  - Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client needs  - Liaise with Marketing & Product Development Teams to ensure brand consistency  - Manage new product launches and ensure that the sales team members are on board  The Person :  - Proven work experience as a National Sales Manager or at least Regional / Zonal Manager with exposure in west & south zones  - Experience in managing a high performance sales team  - Ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics  - Strong communication and team management skills  - Analytical skills with problem solving attitude  - Exceptional negotiation skills  - Ability to build effective relationships, whether internally or externally  - Possess effective presentation skills  - Demonstrated business acumen  - Visionary individual  - Strong acumen in digital technology  The person needs to have good exposure in selling digital and high end offset/label/packaging printing systems
