Job Description : Heading the Sales for India for an innovative global company in Data-Centric Security Product

Client Details :

An iconic and innovative global company which is an EDRM (Enterprise Digital Rights Management) solution pioneer, our client has focus on broadly increasing visibility across the industry with a proven history of innovation and excellence. They are looking for a super aggressive Sales leader with strong relationship in large BFSI clients to fuel and sustain growth in India being part of the company's leadership team.

Description :

Based out of Mumbai

Reporting in VP of Sales and working closely with company's wider management team you will be responsible to :

- Develop plans and strategies to meet or exceed the revenue target in direct Sales.

- Devise, implement, and modify as needed specific sales strategy that aligns with company goals

- Oversee the sales training program to ensure that sales people are able to achieve set targets that support overall company revenue objectives

- Monitor competitive and market activity and provide feedback and recommendations to executive team

- Compile and review quantitative sales data and react rapidly to changing trends or new competitive threats and opportunities

- Recruit, train and evaluate the performance of Sales team

- Looking for candidates from Software / Solution Sales experience with strong relationship with large BFSI customers in Mumbai.

Profile

You will be a successful candidate with :

- 14 to 22 years of overall experience in Solution / Software Sales

- Having very strong relationship with BFSI customers (PSU's/MNC/Private)

- Excellent written and oral communication skills, negotiation skills, and presentation skills

- Ability to influence and communicate professionally across all functional lines is critical.

- Must have a strong customer orientation, a strong sense of initiative, a positive attitude, and a collaborative working style.

- Strong people leadership skills
