Head - Sales - Capital Equipment/Heavy Engineering Machinery (10-14 yrs)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Should have previous experience in selling Heavy engineering machinery/capital Equipment.
- Should have worked in senior sales position or regional sales head involved in study of the client's requirements from technical, commercial and legal aspects.
- Track markets in real time and modify strategies as required to retain and grow market share
- Developing and maintaining good business relations, communication and co-ordination with the client
- Should be proactive and go-getter to identify and close sales orders
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead/Inquiry Generation
- Creation and submission of budgetary quotes
- Customer relationship management
- Handle technical queries raised by customer
- Good Communication skills
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Qualification - Graduate in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Industrial) Management degree would be an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 10-12 years of relevant experience in core project sales/marketing
- Candidate should be Diploma or B.Tech in engineering.
- Experience in shot blasting systems, painting systems, fabrication and surface preparation equipment will be an added advantage.
- Candidate should be willing to travel extensively
