Head-Sales & Business Development-US (Should be working in US currently)
- Responsible for promoting and managing the product & project sales in the emerging international market Develop strong customer relationships and partnerships in the assigned markets to enable sustainable & profitable sales growth .
- Facilitate finalization of the annual Sales and Marketing budgets by contributing towards international sales budgets; Decide on the allocation for various activities across regions; Monitor adherence to the budgets
- Co-develop & ensure deployment of modules / project services pricing model in line with geography specific trends, competition & regulations along with the EPC vertical
- Track and lead realization and collection status across regions and product & services portfolio to drive profitable growth
Collaborate with Market research team to conduct the environment survey and identify & propose new countries and market entry opportunities; Ensure continuous scanning of the industry trends, competitive landscape for insight generation
- Build and manage relations with target stakeholder groups (Government institutions, corporate clients, power sector entities, system integrator associations etc) within the assigned market to build brand and enable leads generation
- Forecast and conceptualize market specific product requirements taking into account customer feedback and needs and feed the same to R&D team for new product development
- Leverage understanding of emerging market trends, policy & regulation changes, applicable regulations/statute to prepare overall sales plan to enable achievement of assigned sales targets
- Propose partnership options and participate in finalization of high-impact partnerships (dealers, importers, JV options) in coordination with strategy business planning team
- Participate in contract finalizations
- Identify potential B2B customers (India based as well International customers) and engage with them to enable sales order generation
- Conduct preliminary engagements with High potential B2B customers ; Support bidding process for High-Potential B2B sales including (liaison with client, bid response, commercial response) to enable conversion

- 10-15 years of industry experience in Sales & Marketing with minimum 6-8 years of international sales exposure in Solar industry
