The focus areas include network integration, security solutions, data center solutions, converged communications, customer interactive solutions, Microsoft solutions and a range of professional, consulting, managed and support services.  Job Description:  - Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be required to:  - Achieve book revenue and profit targets for the Vertical.  - Manage the existing client & partner relationship in the BFSI sector.  - Network with key decision makers, industry bodies, sourcing advisory firms & other influences in the BFSI sector.  - Build & nurture a successful national sales team addressing the vertical.  - Identify emerging trends & share the company’s response to participate in Greenfield opportunities in this sector.  - Build strong BFSI value proposition.  - Create and drive unique compelling services that address the business solutions.  - Develop aggressive hunting strategy around BFSI  - To interface and communicate effectively with CXO/C- level people.  Successful Applicant:  You must have a minimum of 16+ years experience and should have been selling in the BFSI space for last 5 to 6 years in India. A proven track record of meeting Sales goals in BFSI space in India would be a must. A graduate with an MBA would be preferred. The ability to construct & execute a multi year business plan along with budget preparation & fiscal management would be an added advantage.
