- Looking for someone with a very big focus on driving profitability, market share and new business growth you will be required to balance the long-term vision with a fast-paced and ever-changing environment and culture.

The Successful Applicant :

- We are seeking an accomplished National Sales Manager with a first class track record in delivering sales success within a complex and diverse environment. With a background in the Automotive Aftermarket and strong network within the industry. Your leadership style is described as influential, visible and hands-on.

Your Responsibilities :

- The National Sales Manager is responsible for selling and promoting automotive aftermarket products to/through multiple automotive aftermarket key retail customers/channels, including processing sales orders, responding, resolving complaints received from customers from various regions, handle phone calls, not to mention a few related topics.

Additional Responsibilities include :

- Develop and implement business strategy to secure short and long-term business with the targeted Aftermarket National retail key accounts/customers.

- Develop and implement the automotive Aftermarket sales plan and all sales forecasts:

- Develops and conducts presentations to the customer (all levels up to executive) on products and capabilities through presentations utilizing marketing brochures and all applicable sales support vehicles.

- Collaborates with Marketing on the development and implementation of retail marketing programs and promotions to increase retail revenue.

- Responsible to develop the annual AOP, sales forecasts and budgets for the assigned National retail accounts.

- Manage all customer safe launch tasks for newly acquired customers through project leadership ensuring customer requirements are met with regard to planogram definition, setup and proper product assortment recommendations, quality control through to the final phase of project completion and product delivery.

- Responsible to respond and ensure resolution of all customer concerns regarding our products and systems.

- Recommend and implement a competitive pricing strategy and guidelines in support of overall NAFTA pricing strategy.

- Work closely with aftermarket marketing in the communication of customer needs to product management. Assist in the prioritization of development resources for new products and line extensions.

- Responsible for maintaining open communications within the Philips organization related to customer A/R performance. (Vendor Compliance, contracts, funding )

- Other duties as assigned.
