Head - Sales (7-12 yrs)
Specific Duties/Responsibilities
- Drive company's subscription & advertising revenue growth from institutes, schools and pre-schools in the Delhi/NCR region. This will involve engaging and partnering with key stakeholders in institutes & schools in the Delhi/NCR region.
- Manage a team of sales managers and local tele sales personnel in the Delhi/NCR region
Skills/Experience Requirements:
- Self starter with an ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power
- Experience in working with customers in person and over the phone is needed
- Must be highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadline and targets
- Experience in the education segment or the online consumer Internet business is a plus
- Entrepreneurial mind set is required
