- Align sales team to organization objective.

- Set stretch target for sales

- Meet billing target for Shared Hub, Project Sales and Managed Services- Quarterly

- Meet monthly collection target.

- Mentoring and development of Sales team

- Assessment of skill gap and take corrective action

- Retention of customer and their revenues

- Monitor and measure customer satisfaction periodically. Take necessary steps to improve customer satisfaction continually

- Regular and effective review to exceed financial performance

- Engage in quality initiatives
