- To enable the organization to develop customized solutions for large Govt / PSU / BFSI / Telecom companies.
8.Key Result Areas – Functional: ‘Hard’ functional targets, without achieving them the job incumbent cannot exist. With weightage % of each.
- Build a solution / technical team that can propagate the company to achieve the 500 Cr target for next year.
9.Key Contribution Areas – Organisation :(This would include: developing subordinates, process improvement, self-improvement, implementing certain organization initiatives, etc.)
- Development of new solutions encompassing fingerprint, iris and face.
