Looking for Head ROW with one of the leading Pharmaceutical company.   Job responsibilities:  - Responsible for defining and implementing the business strategy for the assigned BU 	  - To deliver budgeted top line and bottom line numbers consistently	  - To prepare annual budget and revenue targets for the product portfolio for the BU	  - To keep abreast of the industry and play an active role in new product identification and launch	  - To collaborate with other Functional Heads and ensure that everyone works in sync to achieve objectives, individually and collectively	  - Able to advise on brand acquisition and other inorganic business growth opportunities to the management	  - To build alliances and network with key officials and decision makers in various countries	  - To strengthen business operations by ensuring that sales hygiene is maintained	  - Aware of the regulatory requirements and fosters relationships with relevant Regulatory Authorities	  - To coach and guide the Business Heads and Country Managers for achievement of business targets	  Experience looking for:  - Should have experienced in handling complex large cross cultural teams spread across geographies	  - Has Ability to build strong teams and focus on achievement of business results	  - Astute business acumen, including strategic financial planning	  - Adept at handling regulatory officials of various countries and quickly resolving critical issues	  - Domain knowledge of Pharmaceutical Industry in the ROW and working knowledge of the Sales & Marketing in International market   - Should have at least 18 to 20 years of experience in International market out of 4- 5 years of working in a Senior Sales/Marketing or Business Development area within the Pharmaceutical sector.   Interested individuals meeting the above criteria can forward their resumes with their current compensation in cover letter.
