Head Rewards PM & IR/MBA HR from Top pedigree HR B Schools APAC 8 - 12 yrs exp

Leadership Responsibilities:-

- Head Reward is a member of the global network of Solutions managers, especially in Europe ,North American businesses and Asia Pacific.

- The purpose of these networks is to raise and maintain world-class standards of HR services to employees.

- He will manage a HR Solutions team in India, the FM team and relationships with outsourced vendors.

Purpose of Role:-

- Lead the development, awareness and utilization of the Global and India HR processes, practices and policies that underpin effective organizational performance. (Reward, Recognition, OH&S, Systems, Tax, Compliance and Reporting etc).

- Lead HR service delivery in India.

- Leads the strategic thinking, diagnosis, and implementation of HR systems and process solutions, policy management and exceptions.

Qualifications and Experience Required:-

- The ability to move from direct delivery and execution to thought leadership

- Excellent relationship building and influencing, strong drive, cut through, project management and sound judgment

- An eye for detail, and a real passion for process and systems management coupled commercial acumen and business awareness

- An HR professional with a leaning toward systems, reward, and process management would be preferable

Prefer HR with Rewards domain from FMCG/Pharma/Mfg/Banks/Beverages/Liquor/Insurance or equivalent branded companies Indian/MNCs
