The company is now looking to bring into its executive management team a set of individuals who will play a pivotal role in creating a base that scales to global heights.

Job Description / Terms of Reference

The Head of Revenue is a key role within Company and the candidate is expected to not only demonstrate complete responsibility to achieve sales targets, but, also implement innovative solutions to increase sales. He/ She has to be an excellent orator and an influential leader to motivate the sales team to set high standards and achieve greater heights.

The role is ideal for an individual who wants to pursue high levels of professional achievement coupled with being a part of company building.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Streamline the entire Sales and Revenue generation process to achieve highest level of productivity.

- Understand and successfully predict the Market potential to take necessary steps towards targets.

- Continuously monitor, evaluate and enhance the performance of the sales team.

- Plan and prioritize the team's work and drive performance enhancement training's for the team.

- Be innovative at work to find new ways of revenue generation.

- Recruit, Nurture & Lead from the front (hands-on management), a team of high performing sales professionals.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Company is looking for seasoned revenue sales manager having hands on experience in managing teams of large number of revenue sales professionals.

The individual should hold a post graduate degree in Management from a premier management institute.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Minimum of 5 years in a similar role handling team of large number of sales professionals.

Detail to information

Ability to think outside the box.

Ideal Candidature:

- Good to have experience predominantly from insurance background

- Experience in scaling up the business in the past .

- Experience in having driven a sales & telesales team (200 members)

- Any experience in Financial Services sector will be a plus.
