Urgent opening for one of the biggest Retail MNC, Please find the details below :  Job Profile : Head Of Retail  Job Experience : 7 to 14 years  Job Location : Gurgaon (Haryana)  Job Type : Permanent  Job Description :  Leads and manages the mono-brand retail team   Leads all direct reports with quantitative and qualitative targets, ensures measurement and appropriate feedback and yearly dialogues.   Manages and coaches the Mono-brand Retail team, prioritizes the tasks, advises retail employees on working methods, procedures and company systems to achieve set targets. Ensures the team understands and implements   Ensures consistency in the implementation of Mono-brand strategy Has the full operational responsibility for the mono-brand retail channel, which includes specifically the following areas (in accordance with the CGB MD) Responsible to reach sales and profitability targets.   Ensures excellent retail operations regarding all aspects of in store activities and processes on country level, including new store openings (project lead after architectural building phase is completed).   Support an optimal local stock management with Business Support Team.   Support in defining the appropriate assortments based on corporate strategy in collaboration with the marketing operations team.   Advises the Marketing Operations Manager about current results and future needs regarding local Marketing activities in the Mono-brand retail business.   Implements and further improves defined business management tools and performance indicators (KPIs, Benchmarks) in order to efficiently monitor and manage the Mono-brand retail business.   Regularly monitors, analyses and discusses the performance of the Mono-brand Retail business with the CGB MD and initiates corresponding actions.   Works out / locally adapts standard procedures, guidelines and manuals related to the Mono-brand retail business, especially for all processes relevant for Store staff and partners in accordance to central policies and local needs.   Please refer above before applying .. & Send your updated CV in word format with CTC Details :  Raman Sharma
