Retail Development Head

Location - Bangalore

We are looking at a Head of Retail Development, to be based out of Bangalore, who would drive the P & L of the segment.

Leadership Role: 10 - 15 yrs of exp. must.

Strong Retail exposure - Any industry, should be interested in moving in to Technology Retail

Following are the MUST HAVE'S - Skill set

- Retail Network Expansion (Tier1/T2/T3), should have handled roll out of a minimum of 200 - 300 stores (Franchisee driven model - EBOs)

- Retail Experience, should have handled consumer delight & experience within the stores

- P&L Responsibility - Number Driven Role with a focus on Retail profitability / Channel Management across formats - Exclusive Stores, Multibrands and Large Format

Job Description:

- Building a long term retail capability with a profitable & sustainable Retail model.

- P & L responsibility for LMB, LES, LESLite (different formats, majorly EBOs, also MBOs & LFRs)

- Develop the Retail channel through strategic planning and execution.
Plan, deploy and manage a sustainable network in line with global guidelines - Training, Business Modelling, Retail Mgmt.
