About our Client - Our client is a global consumer durable firm having a diversified product portfolio. They are a company driven by values and are considered one of the best employers. The company is well established and have plans to further accelerate its growth in India. They are looking for a Retail Head to manage the large retail network that they have right now in India.
Job Description - Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for:
- Increasing the penetration in the retail set up in India
- Managing the existing relationships and ensuring that the market share is increased
- Be a part of the cross functional and business activities
- Motivate and drive the sales team to ensure higher targets are achieved
- Analyzing the market potential and countering the competition in the space
The Successful Candidate - You will be an MBA from a top tier business school with a total of 10 years plus of experience in retail/sales management. You should have minimum 5 years experience of working in the consumer durable space. You should have a good work ethic and the ability to think out of the box.
