India   Key responsibilities :  - Responsible for Product Development And Process Development For All innovation projects under categories as Soaps / Shampoos / Skincare segment using Ayurvedic/Herbal formulations.  - Designing new formulations for the above product portfolio   - Working on alternate/ new vendor development for different raw materials.  - Candidate should has full knowledge of Techno Commercial, legal, regulatory environment creating smoother implementation.  - Application of domain knowledge (formulation/technology transfer) to convert ideas into final product as per the intended design  Candidate background and key skills :  - He/She should be currently leading R&D Initiatives out of their Corporate office with a well known FMCG brand dealing in Personal Care products having a minimum work experience of 15+ years.  Essential Education : PhD qualification is mandatory/ MTech/ MSc with 15+ years experience in similar roles   - Comfortable to relocate to Chennai and knowledge of any one or two Southern languages is welcome.
