About our Client - Our client, one of the largest financial services firms globally is looking to expand their economic research team to support businesses across multiple global geographies. They are looking for a seasoned research professional with experience in macroeconomic research, consulting and report writing to lead their team in India.

Job Description - Reporting into Global Head, you will lead the research and consulting team in India supporting global geographies. You will lead the team for research, market intelligence and report writing to build capability in business research and generating indepth insights on global topics. You would work closely with teams in other geographies liaising with internal and external stakeholders. You would also be responsible for:

- Driving innovation and thought leadership in the center.

- Lead and grow a team to build a high quality capability.

- Work closely with various business teams and also liaise with media or communications team and participate in events and seminars.

The Successful Candidate - You should be an Masters/PhD with minimum of 10 years of relevant experience working in research and consulting with a financial services, professional services or consulting firm.

- Proven track record of managing a team of senior professionals in a global environment.

- Ability to write reports on industry and macro economic topics and presenting them to business leaders.

- Ability to understand and consolidate diverse and complex business information.
